Welcome to Veylora – Invoice & Quotation Maker (“Veylora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Veylora helps freelancers, consultants, contractors, and small businesses create and manage quotations, invoices, customers, products, and payment records.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services.

Feedback is used to improve Veylora. It is not intended to include your customer names, invoice contents, or other business document details unless you choose to type them into the feedback message.
When Firebase is available, we use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. We log event names and limited, non-content parameters (for example, feature categories or screen identifiers). We do not send customer names, invoice or quote contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial amounts to analytics.
Veylora stores a copy of your business data in a local database on your device so the app works offline. Business logos may also be cached locally for PDF generation. This local data is cleared when you delete your account through the app.

Subscriptions: The current public version of Veylora is offered without in-app subscriptions. If we introduce optional paid features in the future through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those purchases will be processed by the respective store; we will update this policy to describe any additional data processed for billing and entitlements.
Veylora uses third-party services operated by Google (Firebase), including:
Optional feedback submissions are stored in a separate Firestore collection used for product improvement.
Apple App Store and Google Play distribute the app. Their privacy practices apply to downloads, updates, and any store-account or purchase data they process independently of us.
We do not store generated PDF files in Firebase Firestore. PDFs are generated on your device and may be shared through your device’s share sheet to apps you choose.
Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable agreements. See Google Firebase Privacy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls on cloud data tied to your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your Veylora account from the app (More → Delete account). You will be asked to confirm with your password. Deleting the app from your device does not delete cloud-stored data.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Veylora is intended for business use and is not directed at children below the age at which consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Firebase services may process and store data in countries where Google operates data centers. By using Veylora, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in those locations subject to applicable safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Veylora after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
